I've spent the last five years inside the messy reality of global operations — and learned that most "best practices" don't survive contact with a different country.
My career has lived at the intersection of product, sales, and international operations. I've launched go-to-market motions in markets where the rulebook didn't exist, audited employment providers that promised one thing and delivered another, and worked alongside founders trying to figure out whether to hire in country A, set up an entity in country B, or use a vendor in country C.
Along the way, I audited 150+ Employer of Record and global payroll providers across all major regions — pricing models, entity structures, compliance depth, product architecture, margin economics, GTM maturity. That work became the foundation of an independent advisory platform I founded in the global employment space, where I built proprietary frameworks for provider evaluation and market intelligence.
